Portable Air Sampler
Technical Note discusses the performance characteristics and specifications of the
OMNI 3000 Portable Air Sampler. The OMNI 3000 is based on SpinCon technol-
ogy. the OMNI 3000 includes excellent concentration rate and collection efficien-
cy across a broad range of particles and offers options including RFID tagging,
data logging, particle count and temperature, relative humidity, and measurement
tools to enable users to better characterize their environment before and during

Ship Diesel Pollution
The Cloud Chamber Scubber (CCS) achieved reduction
rates of 98% reduction in Particulate Matter, 98%
reduction in SO2 and 99% in NOx emissions. The CCS
uses patented, charged droplet technology to remove
particulate and SO2 pollutants. Diesel particulate is
less than 0.1 micron in size and is one of the most
difficult particulates to control. The CCS employs a special pre-conditioning process
that allows particles to be captured by the charged droplets while simultaneously
removing the SO2. NOx is treated by a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) module.

Portable Formaldehyde Monitor
The FP-30/40 is a portable formaldehyde specific monitor
that provides a direct reading with a 3 minute sampling
cycle. The FP-30/40 combines a proprietary colorimetric
detection tab with a photoelectric photometry technique to
measure formaldehyde as low as 0.01 PPM without inter-
ferences from typically encountered gases such as toluene,
acetaldehyde, acetone, ammonia, carbon monoxide and benzene. The instrument

Mercury Emissions
Samplers
This family of sorbent trap samplers are designed
for sampling mercury emissions from coal-fired
sources as specified in Appendix K of Part 75 and
Method 30B. The Appendix K automated samplers
may be connected to a plant network through wi-fi
or direct connection to allow program control and
remote data access. Per Appendix K and Method 30B, dual independent flow chan-
nels are included with proportional flow control based on the CEM flow monitor or
an installed pitot. Complete systems include a dual heated probe assembly, heat-
ed sample line, dual condenser system and connecting umbilical.
