Low-Power Electric Actuator
The CMR-250/GB3 actuator is a low-power, high-torque modulating control for choke
valve applications, including severe upstream wellhead production and injection valves.
The low-power requirement and a 24 VDC option enables use of solar-powered and
battery back-up supplies in remote locations. Easily adaptable to suit many types of
valves, the CMR-250/GB3 delivers a maximum output torque of 400 lbf-in (45 Nm).

The QuadroSphere® Ball Valve features four recessed surfaces creating additional flow
paths, allowing the flow and particulates to move freely above, below, and around the
sides of the ball when moving from closed to open position. Wear is reduced up to 70%,
which improves the performance life of the ball and seats. The QuadroSphere® is available in sizes 2-24 NPS and in ASME pressure classes 150-2500 with a variety of body, seat,
and seal materials. — Val-Matic Valve & Mfg Corp., 630/941-7600, www.valmatic.com
